Payments, Cancellations & Order Status
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted. When ordering, the 3 or 4 digit security validation code must be included in the comments box on the shopping cart page. We will make 3 attempts to collect this information if it is left out. If we do not receive the required information within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled. Credit cards that are declined will be cancelled automatically. It is highly recommended that you include your area code and telephone so that we may contact you if necessary. This also helps in case an email address is entered incorrectly on the order form preventing us from contacting you.
Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the email order confirmation date, provided that the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and any returns or refusals will be charged all shipping costs incurred by Opulence of Southern Pines and a 25% restocking fee. To cancel an order, you may call, email or fax the cancellation. If we have any question regarding your order, we will contact you by email or phone depending on the nature of the question. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled by us. You may email or call us to reactivate or reorder your items.
Changing an Order
Orders may be changed within 24 hours providing the order has not shipped. If the order has been shipped by the manufacturer or by Opulence of Southern Pines, the order may not be changed. Any returns or refusals will be charged all shipping costs incurred by Opulence of Southern Pines and a 25% restocking fee.
Backorders and Stock Availability
Every effort is made to stock most all of the items presented online. On occasion, a particular item may be out of stock and will be put on backorder. You will be notified by email if an item is backordered. Most backordered items will ship within 30-45 days. Upon receipt of your backorder, your order will be expedited to you as quickly as possible. Our policy is to ship all items on an order complete to reduce your shipping charges. We will be happy to ship merchandise as it comes available. Shipping charges will apply to each shipment. If an item is custom or is a monogram item, there will be additional shipping time based on the nature of the custom order.
Sales tax applies to all North Carolina and Florida billing addresses.
Sale Items & Discounts
All Sales are final on Sale Merchandise. Sale items are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions. Discounts may not be combined and the highest discount/promotion will be awarded.
