A. Yes, we do have products that are certified organic. Though, ALL of our fabrics are Oeko-Tex 100 Standard Certified; meaning guaranteed from of any harmful chemicals.
Q. Does collecting milkweed harm the Monarch Butterflies?
A. No! By responsibly hand-collecting the milkweed pods and leaving the plant in tact, we are able to protect and preserve Monarch Butterfly Habitat. Over the years, Milkweed plants have been mowed over or killed with herbicides. Through market based conservation, we have been able to work with rural communities to prevent the destruction of Milkweed fields which is the sole food source for the Monarch Butterfly.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. Our products are made in Nebraska, USA with some imported materials.
Q. Where is your down sourced from?
A. We have two suppliers, both of which are located in the US. They source their down from Europe.
Q. Does milkweed make your duvet warmer?
A. No. Milkweed Fiber is hollow and lightweight. Our Ogallala® Blend can wick moisture away from the body 30% faster than down alone and 70% faster than a synthetic- allowing for a more temperature regulated night's rest.
