These fine linens are created for the a 2" Top Pad of your European or Unconventional Mattress by SFERRA. The specific bed linens are a 406 Thread count, Ivory or White Egyptian Cotton Percale.  The fitted sheet is designed to fit the Swedish Xupport Pad and has a 3" pocket with a 6" tuck with shower cap construction, fitting the top pad like a glove.
